Details

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Browse http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/ with a 64-bit Linux browser (I used SeaMonkey 2.5a1 for linux-x86_64).
==> The green download button says
Thunderbird
Free Download
5.0 for Linux i686
English (US)
2. Click "Other Systems and Languages" just below the green button
Actual Results:
This brings us to http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/all.html :
- There are only three "OS" columns: Windows, Mac OS X and Linux (where "Linux" means Linux for 32-bit i686).
- There is no "Contributed builds" link
- The link, "Other Thunderbird Downloads" on the right side, offers other versions but for the same three OSes
- The link, "THUNDERBIRD, Other Systems and Languages" at bottom left, links back to the page where we already are.
- No way to reach http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/thunderbird/releases/5.0/linux-x86_64/ or one of its ancestors, or to learn that they exist.
Expected results:
- If Thunderbird for Linux x86_64 is an official release, it should be possible to download it from the official Thunderbird site.
- Even if it is still regarded as unofficial, there should be a way (a "Contributed builds" link somewhere at the bottom for instance) to reach its releases.mozilla.org page from the "Other Systems and Languages" page.

Mass-moving Thunderbird-specific bugs to the new www.mozilla.org/thunderbird component.
If you believe that this particular bug was moved in error, feel free to move it back to the www.mozilla.org component.
Filter bugmail on 'sancyouverymuch'.
Component: www.mozilla.org → www.mozilla.org/thunderbird

Yep, we should add this (firefox has it too).
I guess moving to bedrock would kind of fix it in the process... bug 836461.
If that's not happening anytime soon apparently the drivertools script (generateThunderbirdDetails.py [1]) should be updated to add it. Doesn't seem I can get it to work with the latest release though... uncommited changes somewhere?

Adding to thunderbird details and generatingThunderbirdDetails probably wouldn't be enough, I think there's a bunch of other work that's necessary to do this - especially when you look in Firefox's version and realise that hasn't got linux64 explicitly specified.

I guess this got fixed.https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/all/ has 64bit Linux
However /all-beta.html is still displaying only the one set for Linux, presumably 32bit

Yes, the Beta page still needs to be solved.
