We don't want the xpi's for premium addons to go to the mirrors. Or be available for download from Mozilla server. Users will be downloading a custom built version of the addon, so we don't want this xpi available at all.

The only exception to this will be in the manage status and versions page, where the original developer will be able to download the .xpi again, in case they lose the xpi.
