1. Set an add-on as the 'Pick of the month' at https://addons.allizom.org/z/en-US/admin/monthly-pick
2. Load https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/
3. Navigate to the appropriate panel in the promo module
expected behavior:
The 'Pick of the Month' panel has an install button
actual behavior:
install button is missing.
