steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://addons.allizom.org/z/en-US/admin/monthly-pick
2. Add an add-on without specifying the image URL
expected behavior:
image URL defaults to the add-on's built in image as per bug 661651
actual behavior:
image URL is a required field.
