This will help us compete better with the instantaneous startup of the native browser.
On phones with little ram we will get killed so it might not always help. Thats fine.
Also, Chris pointed out that this might be a good testpilot experiment to measure (how often did it help etc).
Last but not least, there should be a way for users to disable this behavior.
It's not too difficult to do this, but in case it helps, here's what's needed: https://github.com/cgjones/mozilla-central/commit/d4dc9dfba7d952a01369101600e59280abc5a702. That patch brings up the UI, which we wouldn't want to do.
