Pike, Tim and myself talked on IRC, since Alexander is already familiar with SVN but not HG yet and already worked on web translations, we will start by granting him svn access to work on web parts for Firefox and Thunderbird.

Moving to server ops since we have confirmation that we have received the committer's agreement.

Alexander Matsapura ([e-mail]) needs to be added to the @localizers group in LDAP allowed to commit to SVN (no need for an ssh key for that part since localizers commit through https and not svn+ssh protocol.

New LDAP account created, password sent via email. 

svn and svn_mozilla enabled and added to @localizers.
