On the vidyo wiki there are references for dowloading client packages: https://intranet.mozilla.org/Vidyo http://fs/IT/Vidyo/Windows/VidyoDesktopInstaller-win32-TAG_VD_2_0_4_00267.exe What domain should the fs server be accessed through ? If the download link is still valid I may be missing a vpn client because my downloads are being redirected to 'www.fsf.com' http://www.fs.com/IT/Vidyo/Windows/VidyoDesktopInstaller-win32-TAG_VD_2_0_4_00267.exe Thanks
Just hit https://v.mozilla.com/ and login and it should give you the right client to download (if you don't have one).
