Details

1. restart fennec by changing the language
2. look at console on first reboot

Expected: no error message
Actual: every now and then getting : 
Error: "Root node doesn't exist for 'discover' view"

not 100 % repro; more like 10 % or so?  could be the reason for crash : bug 628102
