In lieu of ongoing analytics, it would be nice to get 1 - 3 months worth of logs from Socorro prod (web and middleware) in a manipulable form so we could have a better sense for what is getting used on a day-to-day basis, and potentially identify unused features of the webapp.

Would be better to actually get some real web analytics installed, IIRC there's another bug for that, but for the mean time, I guess some log analysis can bridge the gap.

What exactly is a manipulable form?  Are you wanting someone to set up some ad-hoc webanalytics on the data or just get a great big zip of raw log files?

Flume would be nice, but I am comfy working with raw logs if its significantly faster for you.
