Changes in the new bundle will not affect talos performance numbers.  The changes are only active for addon tests, and then they only alter how addons are unpacked.

This change can be rolled out at any time.

There was a bustage in the patch that was checked in, I will provide a new zip shortly.

The bustage will not cause machines to go red as it only affects installation of addons - and addon testing is only done once weekly.
