680224 - add network/team pages

Once we have bug 680213 enabled we should add ability for people to have those virtual teams/networks have web presence on mozillians.org so that people can link others to it, and find basic links from such page to
 - resources
 - people involved
 - how to join information

On top of that it would be nice for people to be able to mark themselves as "available mentor" to help potential contributors find a single point of contact they can use to learn more and get involved.

What you're thinking of is Groups like on Facebook and Quora. It's an interesting concept, but I'm not sure how well it'll work with the contributor directory. Though, a tool that taps into the Phonebook might be possible. Either way, I'm moving this to WONTFIX for the Phonebook, but would be open to something like this elsewhere (i.e. Mozilla Community Sites?)
