Bug 666558 increased SQLITE_MAX_SCHEMA_RETRY, but since this define is missing in SQLite azCompileOpt vector, we can't check it with sqlite3_compileoption_used, thus we can't check for it in configure.in

The check should be added once this is fixed upstream.
