User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:6.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/6.0 Build ID: 20110812102111 Steps to reproduce: Firefox's current Find function (Ctrl+F) as implemented in version 6 is virtually useless. It desperately needs improvements. Actual results: The items Ctrl +F does find in Firefox are often highlighted in non-viewable screen areas only accessible by scrolling. There's no list count of how many appearances of the item are on the page (e.g., 1 of 5). The items that are present are not automatically highlighted. A toolbar appears across the whole bottom of the screen as opposed to a small box in the corner. Expected results: Will Mozilla PLEASE copy everything about Google Chrome's Find (Ctrl +F) feature? Google Chrome's Find feature is superb! Everything about it is functionally and visually excellent. I'm dying for this design to be implemented into Firefox.
