A recent commit on mozilla SVN server introduced a red border on each element, making this look bad. 

This might be a forgotten debugging code. The interesting part is that it is very similar to the debugging code I use myself, so at first I was thinking that I've messed myself with the code, but further investigation prove that it ain't mine code. ☺

Expected result:
Remove * { border: 1px solid red} from footer-pages.inc.php on the production site as soon as possible.

I afraid I forgot to leave STR.

Anyway, you could see it on http://www.mozilla.com/he/firefox/ as well as http://www.mozilla.com/ar/firefox/ and few other pages such as plugincheck on RTL. It looks fixed now.

Please note that en-US and every other LTR language were not affected by this bug, only RTL languages.
