From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.5; Windows NT 5.0) BuildID: 2001020704 If you start scrolling from the top of the page, as soon as the mouse cursor falls over the "Ratpadz" banner, scrolling stops. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Star scrolling from the top of the page using the mouse wheel. 2. Scroll down until your mouse cursor falls over the RatPadz banner. 3. Observe no more more functionality from the mouse wheel until you move your mouse elsewhere. Actual Results: Mouse wheel stops scrolling. Expected Results: Mouse wheel should continue to scroll down the page. This problem does not seem to affect any other banner that I've seen.
