Details

OS: Mac OS X 10.7
Behavior: Scrolling through a drop-down list of select options using a Trackpad will make the list disappear.

Attempting to scroll in a down-down list that is not large enough for scrolling does not cause the list to disappear.

Change OS X's scroll bar display behavior (automatic, when scrolling, always) does not resolve this issue.

Expected behavior: The drop-down list should remain open until an option is clicked on.

Workaround: Using arrow keys to scroll, grabbing the scroll bar track piece, and typing to filter all work as expected.
