68078 - F9 Does not hide/show the sidebar (Mail/News)

Pushing 'F9' while in Mozilla mail/news does not hide/show (enable/disable?) the
sidebar as it should.  (Easilly fixable by hitting view... My Sidebar.)

Reporter try downloading the latest nightlies at
http://www.mozillazine.org/build_comments/ and try creating a new profile see if
that fixes the problem.

actually... 2001021604 win98, if i start mailnews and do nothing and press f9, i
get no sidebar. i need to click into the left pane for that

don't forget to actually "Reassign bug to owner of selected component" when
changing components

win98 2001030605, opening mail and pressing f9 still does not work for me, i
need to click into the mail folder frame before f9 works.

Opening mail/news and hitting F9 automatically expands/collapses the sidebar
using a fresh CVS pull (4:45 PST, today) on Windows 2000.
