Steps to reproduce:

opened two tabs, and hovered on the inactive one


Actual results:

The color jumped straight to the light 'hover' image.



Expected results:

The color to fade as it did in 3.6
Hardware: x86 → x86_64
I presume your using an Extension for coloring the Tabs?

Is your Issue reproducible in Safe-Mode?

No extension.
Occurs is safe mode. I think it was a change in the default theme.
Severity: normal → S3
