In bug 671188 we skipped R_*_NONE relocations to avoid an elfhack crash. Considering these relocations shouldn't be here, and are most likely a linker bug (such as bug 675618), it would be better to emit an error about the binary being broken instead of either crashing or skipping these relocations.
