Lots of reasons for this. Could be permissions, could be celery not connected, could be caching. Are the logs for phx on cm-vpn01?

Thanks. I don't think anything in the logs about uploading pictures at all

This is all fixed up. Anybody testing needs to update their /etc/hosts to: 63.245.217.112 addons.mozilla.org 63.245.217.113 services.addons.mozilla.org 63.245.217.114 versioncheck.addons.mozilla.org 63.245.217.115 static.addons.mozilla.net
