I need commit access to the hg.mozilla.org/services repositories for my [e-mail] address.  I handed Erica my signed committer's agreement just a few minutes ago.  Tody will handle vouching.

I believe the request was for level 2 access, as he needs to write to the hg.mozilla.org/services hg repos. Are those covered under L1 now?
