681003 - Fennec should show a dialog when moving a user's profile to the SD card

When Fennec moves a user's profile to the SD card, this has security implications for the user's data and settings. As part of a recent discussion on SD card usage in Fennec, a near term mitigation suggested was to pop up a dialog giving the user more information about the consequences of moving their profile to SD storage and giving them a chance to opt out, leaving the profile in main internal storage. We would also like UX guidance on the wording etc.

* why is mobile any different than desktop?  on desktop, i can save my profile anywhere.

* where is *any* data that suggest that a dialog box will save people?

please see bug 678341 which i just cc'd you on, that will elaborate on what's different in this situation, although i agree it could possible be a factor on desktop, but much less probably.

with a dialog box, people can be aware what they're opting in to. it's a short term fix, the real fix to the issue is discussed in bug 678341.
