Details
When I try to upload this manifest:
http://www.harmmade.com/vectorracer/manifest.webapp
I get this error:
Could not parse webapp manifest file.
Not sure how easy it would be to get a friendlier message, but a line number would be nice

Oh, that's really the best we can do. That URL returns invalid JSON.
