In History (with the patch to bug 67900), the columns appear in weird sizes, and
as you scroll up and down (say with the down-arrow-button), the columns wander
in and out (change sizes and positions).  Makes history pretty unusable.

jelwell, I think this is a dup of one of your bugs. hyatt mentioned yesterday 
that you were fixing global style s.t. trees would all have fixed width columns.

this is caused by lack of a default width for treecols, so marking this a dup of
that bug.
