This can be seen with Fx7 (Beta) and with Fx8 (Aurora) on Atrix and Galaxy Tab:

(1) Go to http://tbpl.mozilla.org/?tree=Mozilla-Inbound and let the page load complete
(2) Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and pinch to zoom in

Result: Page Moves up (see attached video)
Expected: Page doesn't move, zoom in to pinched area

It seems like the issue is more obvious the lower you go in the document. 
No errors in the bug log, but a ton of css warnings for http://tbpl.mozilla.org/css/style.css, e.g. Unknown property 'transition-delay' in Line 24, same with 'transition', 'column-width', 'border-image', 'outline-radius', etc.

I tried to reproduce on Fx9 (Nightly) and Fx8 (Aurora), but the page doesn't even load completely in these versions (separate bug?)

For me, the page loads just find in current Nightly on the LG Optimus Black.

I think this testcase is related to this bug.
Scroll down in the green block, the numbers should go down until the number 200.
This doesn't happen, for me the number goes on until nr. 129.
When I zoom in, then I'm able to scroll futher down until nr. 200 eventually (when zooming in far enough). But if I zoom in even further, then you even get whitespace under the nr. 200, which shouldn't happen.

In a 2011-03-30, this seems to have worked better (although not perfect). I don't know, would a regression range be useful here, perhaps?
