Please add a link to the Forum rules and guidelines that people can see when they reply to a thread. The link should go to: https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Forum%20and%20chat%20rules%20and%20guidelines

See screenshot for placement, I'm open to suggestions for better placement though.

Please make that a separate bug. As I mentioned in the forum thread I don't think it's necessary, but it would be a different bug nonetheless.
