Seen while running Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.7; rv:9.0a1) Gecko/20110824 Firefox/9.0a1
1. Try to install add on compat reporter extension from URL
2. Click Allow button
3. Receive attached screenshot

Works fine for me. Any temporary network issue?
Version: unspecified → 9 Branch
I got the error too on the Mac 10.0 nightly released september 28th, 2011.

Can both of you please enable extensions.log.enabled and attach the full log of the installation procedure? Thanks.
