Steps to reproduce:
Uploaded a video to facebook
Actual results:
could not browse until the upload completed
Expected results:
Firefox should have throttled the upload or provide controls to throttle http uploads

i've tried other browsers and don't get this nearly as bad as i do with Firefox
shouldn't the behavior be that the current upload is slowed rather then delaying the page loading?
