AMO logs used to be on cm-vpn01 and are now on syslog1.webapp.phx1.mozilla.com

Please sync the permissions over so the AMO devs can get to the logs

I just need a list of usernames. The usersnames are whatever they are logging in to cm-vpn with.

The list is in puppet, so just filing bugs or pinging someone to add them will be fine.

Got everyone except for sean, who doesn't have a posix account and didn't have access to cm-vpn.
