I made it two separate processes for a few reason:

1) Having an add-on upload and webapp text field on the same page was confusing, no matter what I did.
2) There's no good generic word that fits.  "Submit a ____"
3) There's a lot of copy that doesn't make sense for web apps.

Code is (mostly) the same; it's just separate from the users perspective.
