currently the oauth code is in the oauthorizer addon (on github), and integrated into the f1 mediator. need to move the oauth api's into owa

Shane, I am unsure if this is purely an extension task. If not we can move to general. need some feedback here.
extension is fine. right now fx-share requires the full oauthorizer since we're supporting twitter. unless/until sites support web activities and provide apps for share, I think this requirement will continue.
