682686 - No addontest results on mac

We used to have tests on mac for addon perf tests (that appear on AMO). There are a couple of issues I found (might be more!)

We got leopard results before bug 680962, ie up to July 20th, which is kinda strange because of the snow leopard in
 http://hg.mozilla.org/build/buildbot-configs/file/default/mozilla-tests/config.py#l274
The sendchange is sending a branch of 'addontester-macosx-talos', which I strongly suspect should be macosx64 to hit the snow leopard.

Issue the 2nd. Since bug 659328 we have a 
 Rev3 MacOSX Snow Leopard 10.6.2 addontester talos chrome_mac
builder, when linux is
 Rev3 Fedora 12 addontester talos addon
Need to check what 659328 broke, unbreak it, and verify that builder is on the right branch to collect build requests.

I'm setting depends on bug 680962 for tracking, and because we'd need it to get regular testing anyway.

Alice, swapping to 10.6 slaves will probably be a discontinuity with the previous test results, so I want to check that we should go ahead with that. Even though that was the original intention yada yada yada ...

Yes, we want to be using only macosx64 as that is what is supported by the new addon only perf testing pool.  This will involve a small change to the sendchange.sh script.

Also, chrome mac tests were disabled in bug 680205 - so a reconfig will pick that up.

Sounds like we can rip out unused MACOSX lines then, feel free to do that on checkin. Watch out for the merge with attachment 556558 [details] [diff] [review].

I landed and deployed 
  http://hg.mozilla.org/build/puppet-manifests/rev/7a02a0f5ea4a
to fix up the new lines not sending stdout to /dev/null.

We got Snow Leopard tests on the 3rd so --> FIXED.
