Change :combobox-text and :combobox-textselected to have -moz prefix in the
ua.css style sheet and also within the code.

Fixed in 5-27-99 2:54PM build

Added prefix to style rules pertaining to the combobox in ua.css.
Added 3 new HTMLAtoms  comboText, comboTextSelected, comboTextSelectedFocus.
Changed nsComboboxFrame to use the new HTMLAtoms rather than creating atoms
directly.
