In message compose window, type some text and increase the indentation  (moves 
rightside), then try  to decrease the indentation of the next line.it is not 
allowing.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Quint mail window.
2.Open new message window.
3.Type some characters.
4.Select Format->Increase Indent.The text should move to rightside.
5.Press Enter key twice, to move to third line.It is just to separate from the  
above text.
6.Then type some text.It starts exactly  as the above line of text.
7.Now try to keep the text from begining of the line. i.e remove the indentation 
by keeping cursor at the second line of text.

Actual Results:  Nothing happens.Actually the menu item/toolbar item is 
disabled.

Expected Results:  Should be able to type text from the beginning of the line.

I get that sometimes too in the editor, but it's not always reproducible (using
win32). Adding akkana to CC.

Possibly an edit rules problem?  Or the selection getting set wrong?  I think
Joe mentioned that we have similar problems changing font sizes up then down
(not sure who owns that problem).
