User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:6.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/6.0 Build ID: 2011081200 Steps to reproduce: * Open a page, Ctrl+S -> "Save As" dialog appears * "Name" field contains highlighted filename.htm, "Filter" is "Web Page, complete" * Now: change anything in the "Name" field (for instance change it to filename2.htm) Actual results: "Filter" field is changed automatically to "All Files". That means when the dialog is confirmed only the main document is saved and all the contents (images, etc) are not saved, unlike in the default case. Expected results: "Filter" field should not change automatically.

One idea, it might be actually external dialog from KDE. Not sure where's the issue then.
Well, I don't know the details but I think the file picker is a GTK2 dialog.
