68320 - Reply window not in focus

**** observed with 2001-02-08 mtrunk build ****
it might be a dup already, this started to happen in yesterday's build:
after clicking reply the window doesn't get foocus so all you typing is lost, 
you have to click on the window again to get its focus back.

plaintext replies.

it is broken in 2001-02-08 build but look OK in today's ( 2001-02-09) build

i can add that it happens in every build starting 02-08 after seamonkey crashes.
If you get nscp6 to crash then after relaunching you get several error messages
about missing dlls, click ok to launch the build, then select the message to
reply and you'll see it is not in focus

I think those idlemon.dll errors are what's causing the compose window to not
get focus. And, these errors are only present in Netscape, not Mozilla (Syd will
checkin a fix, soon for NIM.) This is not specific to the message composition
window, either.  When you launch Mail from the Tasks menu, you see the same
errors.  Notice: normally, the mail window would get focus, but in this case
(because of the error messages) you don't get focus until you click.

Syd, feel free to mark this INVALID now, or FIXED when you checkin your fix for
NIM.  Thanks.

yes, error messages are causing mail composition to loose focus, so let's leave
it open for now till missing dlls problem go away.

Marking this bug as worksforme since this bug has been forgotten to be marked 
fixed.  Bug 3920 which caused this problem has be fixed and verified. I have not 
seen this problem on current builds.
