RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 28586

Details

Mozilla give a moda error message (blocking the use of mozilla) for every
embedded URL (image, etc.) that cannot be accessed (e.g. server refusing
connection). This is very annoying and interfere with normal use of the browser.
Especially when I set up host redirecting to block doubleclick.

Suggestion:
1. most important: any error message should not modal for application.
2. for inaccessible objects, just give an error icon - like netscape did.

Thanks.

If this is happening with images (as opposed to pages or iframes), this could
be a separate bug. arifsaha@yahoo.com, can you give the url of a page where
you get extra error messages, and then reopen this bug if it's just an image?
