Build 2001020904, Windows NT 4.0.

Summary: Upon startup, I get idlemon.dll not found warnings upon startup of the
browser, hitting Reply in the message pane, among others.  Screenshot to follow.

Steps to Reproduce:

I have none, I can't figure this out yet.  I've even tried deleting my old
profile and starting fresh, I still see the problem with build 2001020904. 
Fenella and Ninoschka have seen this also.  Steve Rudman saw it yesterday, but
said he downloaded today's build and that took care of it.  Could this be an
installer issue?

I think this is the wrong component, but I'm not sure which is right.  Cc:ing
ssu in case he has any ideas.

Definately the wrong component - idlemon.dll is part of AIM (I think). So it's
either AIM or installer. I'll let somebody else who knows make that call.

If this is Netscape only, then we should move it to Bugscape, where it belongs.
