This link tells me that I don't have permissions: https://developer.mozilla.org/en/JavaScript So do all other links to docs on the front page of devmo.

And it seems to have just started working again.

We had a LDAP slave that failed and we had to re-create replication.

This had nothing to do with LDAP replication... just a coincidence that the timing coincided. The real issue is that we are in the midst of upgrading MindTouch from 9.12 to 10.1, and this unexpectedly necessitated a new license for anonymous access. Once that was in place, this started working again.
