Details
There were nearly 200 test extensions submitted on July 8th that have no authors associated with them. How is it possible that these add-ons don't have an author associated with them?

Around that time I was messing with the API. I changed to two legged auth on the 8th, but that was after the push on the 7th. Theoretically, this still shouldn't have caused anything, but the timing is suspicious so holding up hand.

Yes, AFAIK not done anything on live yet.
