- In PROFILE section: choose a photo

Result: comparing en-US and he pages, in Hebrew page:
- Profile photo is not displayed right under the button "Choose Photo..."
- "use original" link is displayed at right side of the image instead of left side under parallel to the link "delete original"

Thanks for filing this.  Due to resource constraints we are closing bugs which we won't realistically be able to fix.  If you have a patch that applies to this bug please reopen.
