Description

Platform: Linux (2001-02-09-08-Mtrunk)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch Netscape 6.
2. Go to Edit/Preferences/Themes
Notice that "Under Themes"--Classic appears before Modern.

Expected behavior: Modern should appear before Classic. It works
fine on windows and Mac.

There's really no preferred order of how the themes should occur.

PAtty, The problem I mentioned was that "linux launched the classic skin instead
of Modern for a new profile". This is something different..
