We need words and stuff for the top of the first two steps when a user is trying to add a web app.

step 1:
You're about to submit your web app for all the world to see. All you need to complete this process is a working <a href="https://developer.mozilla.org/en/OpenWebApps/The_Manifest">manifest</a> for your app.

When you're ready to begin...

step 2:
To list your web app, we need to know where to find it. Give us the URL to your <a  href="https://developer.mozilla.org/en/OpenWebApps/The_Manifest">manifest</a> below.
