Steps to reproduce:
• Press Ctrl+M to start a new e-mail
• Select “Tools” ⇒ “Account Settings”
Actual results:
Nothing happens. The menu just closes, no dialog appears.
Expected results:
The Account Settings dialog should appear.
It worked fine before the last automatic update. I am now running 7.0 according to the About box.

Anything in Tools -> error console when you try ?
Nope, no message in the Error Console. Still happening for me even after downgrade to 6.0.1 (latest non-beta release).
