"Vouch for me" text present on own profile for new unapproved users

Details
After completing all required registration steps, you can find that there's a "Vouch for me" link present on the unapproved user's profile page (Next to "Pending"). I believe it doesn't make sense for new users to vouch for themselves. Especially because this redirects to the "confirm_register" page.
