My guess is this is just a template thing -- missing a handler for 404s, etc.

Added a 404 page in https://github.com/mozilla/affiliates/commit/3ba11f0b22c5f6e4dbb0cd03b6ef6df6caf2e150

The URL above now gives a 404 page (styled incorrectly due to 684912).

Verified FIXED; the CSS isn't getting used, though :-(

I'll file that as a separate spinoff bug.

I filed bug 684945 for that.
