steps to reproduce: 1. Load https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/ 2. Notice the hovercard for one of the add-ons. actual behavior: There is now a dotted separator below the add-on category. Please get rid of that. http://screencast.com/t/khJdeTI74
