Greg has added the big purchase button. So link up a pay key fetch and then show the paypal lightbox. What to do when the lightbox is finished with is a seperate ticket. Since we are not using IPNs there's probably no need to do the Contribution table write, we'll be confirming as soon as paypal is complete that the transaction went through and writing it out then. Note, unlike contributions, users do not get to choose a price.
