68452 - cannot save de-coded news attachments

This is a recent (last 2 days) regression.  If reading a binary news group that
contains a jpeg file, you cannot save the decoded file, just the uuencoded news
message.  The option to save file has dissappeared from the menue of the
attachment paperclip icon.  You can view the image, just not save it.  Related
to bug 62546.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Read a binary news group
2.View message that contains an image.
3.Attempt to save image.

Actual Results:  You can only save the original uuencoded text.

Expected Results:  Should be able to save image file.

This was working if you clicked on the attachemnt paperclip, and selected save
image as...  Right clicking on the acctual image has never worked correctly.

Scott Kester, does http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=68261 look like
what you're experiencing?

Scott chose to write privately and said, "Yes I believe 68261 is the exact same
problem."  Marking a DUP of bug 68261, "Can't download attached image."
