I am confused/concerned about a menu item to leave kiosk.

Kiosk mode i have heard talked about would not let a person do anything but 
browse the web and lock the rest of the computer down (even ctrl-alt-del for 
windows users).  

Having a menu item to exit is fine, but it sounds like it should be password 
protected so just anyone can't exit.
